November 27, 2021

Thesis, Ongoing Thesis Chapter, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

In this work we present the variational inference version of the proposed C-VCM model so it will cater to the need of increasing size of the social network data.

Link Prediction in large-scale social network

November 27, 2021

Thesis, Ongoing thesis chapter, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

In this project, we aim to predict an unobserved link between two individuals in a population based on the previous observed information. In particular, we are utilizing the Plackett-Luce model to model the underlying interaction process.

Mal-adaptive personality styles predict higher relapse rates and poorer disease course in bipolar disorder

November 27, 2021

Research project, GSRA work, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

In this project, we aim to estabilish the long term relationship between the mal-adaptive styles and the disease course of bipolar order. We collected data from 787 bipolar disorder patients over 10 years. A Poisson Regression model is fitted to estimate the correlation between the outcome variables and the personality styles.
